A new segment I am launching to capture bits and pieces of conversations of importance that I want to share.

This first one is a portion of our discussion with Lena from 2016. It seems to be a common theme that lots of folks in the US are extremely stressed out from working at their jobs and feeling highly unfulfilled. I hear this over and over from people who are considering cutting ties and giving up life in the US for a more peaceful existence elsewhere. Of course it goes deeper than just stress on the job but often that it what gets people to thinking "is this all there is?"
